I spent today filming my guest appearances in Hollyoaks, the Channel Four North-West located soap opera.
Playing myself, I had to film scenes in front of cameras and a large crew, something which I haven’t had experienced before. It makes you realise the effort and military planning that goes into producing television programmes. It was interesting to be an outsider – neither an actor or permanent part of the team – and once again view another way of creative production first hand.
I am not sure when it will be aired, but I will be out of the country on a research trip…
